The Bettermaker Mastering Equalizer embodies a unique approach to mastering equalization, combining a high-quality 100% analogue audio signal path with complete digital control. Advanced Equalisation Capabilities:
This versatile equaliser incorporates a powerful hybrid architecture. It features four stereo parametric filters with a wide frequency range and variable Q factor, offering surgical precision for sculpting the spectrum. This is complemented by a Pultec-type stereo passive EQ section, with extended 'air' bands (20 kHz and 28 kHz) for unique airy brilliance and rich bass. A stereo high-pass filter with slopes of 12 or 24 dB/oct and adjustable resonance completes the package, allowing precise cleaning of the lower end of the spectrum. A low-pass filter is also included.

Digital control and unrivalled flexibility:
One of the most distinctive features of the Bettermaker Mastering Equalizer is its 5-inch capacitive touchscreen. This screen, coupled with four rotary encoders, provides intuitive, visual control of all parameters. USB connectivity to a Mac or PC is essential: it unlocks a dedicated DAW plug-in (AAX, AU, VST3) that offers remote control, full automation and patented total recall of all settings. You can save up to 399 presets, perform instant A/B comparisons and recall any configuration with the speed of a native plugin.

Operating modes and useful tools:
The Bettermaker Mastering Equalizer supports stereo, dual mono and Mid/Side modes with a "Focus" function, offering maximum flexibility for a variety of mastering scenarios. Intelligent features such as 'Frequency Search', 'Gain Lock' and 'Auto-Q' further simplify the process. An on-board metering section with PEAK/RMS meters and a real-time RTA analyser provides an accurate visual representation of the EQ curve and signal.

Audio Quality and Construction:
Designed for transparency and signal integrity, the equaliser has a highly linear frequency response and very low total harmonic distortion. Its noise level is minimal, guaranteeing pure, detailed sound. All this is housed in a robust 2U chassis, with an advanced linear power supply and toroidal transformer, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
