Types of Air Feel settings :
- Dry: Unprocessed tone amplifying the direct sound of the pickup.
- XY: This focused tone offers a good balance between strings and body resonances, ideal for rhythmic chording and muffled playing.
- AB: A wide sound with a naturally extended acoustic resonance. Perfect for solo guitar and fingerpicking styles, it offers a full and ample presentation.
- ORTF: Special XY-type technique but spaced further apart, for a focused sound with increased depth and body resonance.
- Mid-Side: A well-defined sound with extended width. It adds a sense of distance, providing a nice balance with vocals and other instruments.
The AC-22LX offers a wide range of controls, including five Air Feel parameters, a three-band EQ and reverb/chorus effects for added spatial depth. The XLR Mic channel offers selectable phantom power and a two-band EQ with dedicated reverb. With 15 built-in memories, you can save and recall different set-ups.
