Dap - IA-270

Equipped with an input transfer switch, the IA-270 can switch between stereo and mono parallel modes, offering flexibility in the choice of audio configuration. In addition, each input is equipped with a 100 Hz high-pass filter for improved frequency management.

Side-mounted volume controls for each channel, together with peak power LEDs, make it easy to fine-tune sound levels. The amplifier also features a line-level output with a pre/post volume option, offering flexible scaling for cascaded systems.

With its jack inputs and balanced terminals, the IA-270 offers versatile connectivity. You can choose to transmit the original audio signal or apply gain settings. This feature allows the amplifier to be used in stereo mode or as a dual mono amplifier using the loop-through connection.

The IA-270 amplifier is designed for quiet operation thanks to its fanless convection cooling. Its extruded aluminium enclosure retains the iconic design of DAP's audio tools, while increasing the proportions to fit a standard rack (1U). The controls are intentionally placed at the rear to prevent inadvertent adjustment during daily use. LEDs on the front of the amplifier provide clear indications of its operating status.
