The Electro Voice RE90P-18 console microphone is fitted with a miniature condenser capsule, which connects directly to a 9-52V phantom power supply on a mixer or independent box.
The back-electret function offers greater sensitivity, a wider frequency response and superior immunity to handling noise than a diaphragm-electret microphone.
Whether installed on a lectern, pulpit or podium equipped with a female 3-pin XLR socket, permanently or on an ad hoc basis, the RE90P-12 is the perfect choice.
The RE90P 18 has been designed for sound reinforcement applications. The frequency response is tailored to reproducing sound over a wide range of frequencies, with a natural sound pick-up optimised for use in close proximity.
The small-diameter gooseneck has two flexible joints and a rigid central gooseneck. The rigid tube prevents unsightly twisting of the gooseneck but allows the user to position the microphone precisely.
The electronic module benefits from superior protection against electromagnetic and radio interference.
