Its 16 independent tracks, all sequencer included, form a living canvas where each element can evolve, transform and change direction like an unpredictable river. You can isolate a sound, multiply it, send it on a bus and bring it back transformed, as if your machine had its own secret circuit.

How does it work?
Imagine an arena where 3 engines take turns:
- Single Player transforms your samples into polyphonic voices capable of looping fluidly thanks to crossfading.
- Multi Player expands your playground with multisampled instruments ready to vibrate under your fingers.
- And Subtracks acts like a nesting box: a single track can be broken down into 8 independent sub-tracks, each with its own filters, envelopes and sequencer.

- Recorder captures your internal or external sources live, true to the Elektron heritage.
- Auto Sampler automates sampling via MIDI, transforming your favourite monophonic synth into a brand-new polyphonic instrument.

You set the notes and velocities, press start and the machine does the rest. Even your USB-connected app can become a sound library ready to travel through Tonverk.

Elektron's Tonverk doesn't just collect sounds: it dresses them up with an arsenal of effects that's more Ali Baba's cave than a simple rack. Between revisited classics and newcomers like Rumsklang Reverb, Daisy Delay and Infinite Flanger, every track becomes a sound alchemy playground. You superimpose, degrade and twist the frequencies, and the sound changes with each parameter you manipulate.

When it comes to modulation, it's a veritable festival: LFOs on vocals and effects, multiple envelopes, everything is designed so that each gesture triggers an almost organic reaction.
