The main new features of this vintage 2017 came from new pickups. Each microphone is produced by Michael Bump specifically for its position, thus producing sound heat saddles and a raspy sound never before achieved with a Precision Bass! The handle also inherits a new profile "1963 C". It offers in addition to increased rigidity, optimized comfort and faster play. A new color shows its face with this series American Pro: the Antique Olive!
