Cort - Action 4 DLX AS Open Pore Natural
The Action DLX AS bass features a Markbass MB-1 EQ that provides a very natural, transparent boost that doesn't colour the organic nature and resonance of the instrument's woodwinds. Crystal clarity and warmth combine to produce a natural feel with smooth lows, full-bodied mids and resonant highs. More lively and resonant than poplar, swamp ash features a hollowed-out midrange with wider lows and clearer highs for a more balanced sound. The open-pore finish further enhances resonance and the wood's natural lightness and attractive grain patterns are further benefits of swamp ash.
Presentation
The neck pickup features a firm midrange, ideal for classic rock, while the bridge pickup offers more power and focus for more aggressive sounds.
