Signature Guitar
Fender had a lot of work to do to build a Stratocaster for Ed O'Brien, guitarist of the legendary band Radiohead. He is a big part of Radiohead's sound identity, as well as the atmosphere that emanates from the different albums. It's done, and it's very successful. A Strat that inspires!

Presentation
The result of a collaboration between Fender and Radiohead guitarist Ed O'Brien, the EOB Sustainer Stratocaster is a unique instrument that pushes the limits of the famous Stratocaster.
This electric guitar is distinguished by its integrated Sustainer system that allows notes to be prolonged indefinitely, thus creating rich and airy sonic textures.
Combined with a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. humbucker pickup in the bridge position and a Texas Special single-coil pickup in the middle position, this instrument offers an incredibly wide sonic palette, ranging from clean and crystalline tones to saturated and brutal tones.
The maple neck with a "10/56 V" profile and the maple fingerboard give this guitar a pleasant touch and great resonance. The body of this model is made of alder with a gloss finish for more lightness as well as a fluid playability.
The Fender EOB Sustainer Stratocaster is an ideal instrument for guitarists looking for a unique and expressive sound, who want to explore new sonic territories.

Superbe guitare mais léger réalignement du manche nécessaire : corde de mi aigu trop proche du bord... rien de grave. Et le sustain Edgien sans Ebow !
