ARTICLE N° 118308
The Fender Player II Jazzmaster Rallye Orange is an electric guitar designed to combine historic Fender aesthetics with today's playing demands. It features a streamlined alder body with a high-gloss polyester finish, ideal for styles requiring balance and resonance.

The maple neck has a Modern C profile for a fluid grip along the entire length of the scale. The satin finish on the back of the neck allows for fast movement without a sticky feel. The rosewood slab fingerboard has a 9.5" radius, ideal for chords and solos with bends. The 22 medium jumbo frets make playing more precise and comfortable. The 25.5" scale is Fender-standard.

The guitar includes 2 Jazzmaster Player single-coil pickups with AlNiCo V magnets. This SS configuration delivers defined highs, balanced mids and controlled lows. The controls consist of a master volume and master tone, combined with a 3-position selector switch. Mustang's Jazzmaster bridge with bridges is combined with a vintage-style floating vibrato. This system allows smooth vibrato variations while maintaining stable intonation.

Fender ClassicGear tuners feature a modern 18:1 ratio for precise tuning. The hardware is finished in nickel/chrome with a Fender branded 4-screw neck plate. This Jazzmaster Player II is supplied without a case, with recommended compatibility for Jazzmaster/Jaguar cases.

Originally launched in 1958 as Fender's top-of-the-range model for jazz musicians, the Jazzmaster stood out for its wide single-coil pickups and sophisticated rhythm circuitry. Although it didn't win over its original audience, its quirky silhouette and fluid tremolo became emblems of surf music, and later mainstays of alternative rock and shoegaze. Today, it remains an essential icon, appreciated for its unique retro aesthetic and sonic versatility, which continues to inspire guitarists the world over.
