With the Player II Modified Stratocaster Rosewood Dusk, Fender pushes the boundaries of design and playability while preserving the DNA of the classic Stratocaster.
This modernized version is based on an alder body, a wood known for its balanced resonance and its ability to deliver dynamic mids, clear highs and well-defined lows. Its maple neck with a Modern "C" profile has a satin finish that ensures perfect glide, while the rosewood fingerboard, with a 9.5" radius and rounded edges, provides an immediate feeling of comfort.
The electronic equipment is one of the strong points of this guitar: the Player II Noiseless pickups deliver crystal-clear tones typical of the Stratocaster, but without the slightest parasitic noise.
In addition, the presence of a push/pull on the second tone allows the neck pickup to be integrated into positions 1 and 2 of the selector, thus offering new sound possibilities.
The two-point vibrato bridge, combined with a chambered block, allows expressive nuances and guarantees excellent tuning stability, even after intensive use of the vibrato.
Finally, the locking tuners and the TUSQ nut ensure optimal stability, even during quick string changes.

La guitare est arrivée sans capuchon sur le sélecteur. Le pourtour du pickguard n’est pas parfait on voit des petits éclats. J’ai deux frets qui méritent d’être poncées car elles dépassent. Un bon réglage global était nécessaire (courbure, action, intonation, cordes). J’aime beaucoup cette guitare maintenant mais prévoyez le prix d’un passage chez un luthier dans le budget
