The K19 Silver is a DAC and headphone amplifier from Fiio, designed to provide a comprehensive solution for hi-fi enthusiasts. Its architecture is based on two ESS ES9039MSPRO converters paired with two THX AAA-788+ amplifier modules, capable of handling PCM streams up to 32-bit/768 kHz and DSD512.
This design ensures accurate sound reproduction and delivers 8,000 mW per channel into 32 ohms, enabling it to effectively drive a wide range of headphones, from low-impedance models to the most demanding ones. For optimal integration into various audio systems, the K19 Silver offers a comprehensive range of connections: USB-C, optical, coaxial, HDMI and HDMI eARC inputs, as well as RCA and XLR analogue outputs.
Several headphone outputs, both balanced and unbalanced, complete the package. Its bidirectional Bluetooth, compatible with SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD and LDAC, facilitates the wireless transmission and reception of music with great flexibility. The unit also features an ADI SHARC+ DSP processor with a 31-band parametric equaliser, allowing for fine-tuning of the sound reproduction to suit the user’s preferences.
Its versatile design, which can be used in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, its 1.3-inch colour display, its remote control and compatibility with the FiiO Control app make it intuitive to use and well-suited to everyday needs.
