Presentation
The Flight DUC440 Supernatural Acacia brings a beautiful evocation of island sounds to the concert-size ukulele. Its laminated acacia construction – a wood from the same family as Hawaiian koa – gives it a natural appearance and a warm tonal character.
The satin finish allows the wood’s grain to shine through whilst offering a pleasant feel, whilst the arched back adds to the character of this ukulele.
The African okoumé neck and walnut fingerboard form a well-balanced combination, complemented by a walnut bridge and bone nut and saddle.
With its 18 frets and 380 mm scale length, the concert size offers plenty of space on the fingerboard to explore a variety of chords and melodies.
The gold-coloured gear-driven tuning machines make tuning easier and add an elegant touch to the overall design. The position markers up to the 15th fret and the side markers help you find your way around the fingerboard. The DUC440 comes with a padded gig bag, a starter guide and Flight stickers.
