An electro-acoustic concert ukulele that changes its character as you play: the Flight DUC525 EQ Zebrano combines a solid Engelmann spruce top with a laminated zebrano back and sides. The treble notes gain in precision and attack, whilst chords reveal a softer, warmer tone. The FU-T3, with its built-in tuner, then makes it easy to run the signal through an amplifier.

There are instruments that one immediately pictures by the fireside, and others that seem to need a stage to truly come into their own. The Flight DUC525 EQ SP/ZEB belongs to both worlds in a way.
Its combination of solid Engelmann spruce and laminated zebrano allows it to shift from precise melodic playing to richer, more enveloping chords, with a tonal character that isn’t limited to a single sound.
Its 18-fret concert size offers plenty of room to explore the neck, whose walnut fingerboard is mounted on an African okoumé neck. The walnut bridge, along with the bone nut and saddle, add their own distinctive touches to this design.
The laser-engraved soundhole, side dots and chrome-plated geared tuners give the instrument a polished finish. And when the time comes to play in front of a larger audience, the Flight FU-T3 allows you to connect the ukulele to an amplifier whilst still having a built-in tuner to hand. A padded case, a beginner’s guide and a pack of stickers are included.
