With its compact Thinline construction, the Flight Leia CE is a concert-sized electro-acoustic ukulele that combines a solid cedar top with a laminated acacia back and sides to produce a rich, clear and well-projected tone. Its Double B1U system, featuring an active pickup and volume and tone controls, adds a whole new dimension to your playing when amplified, whilst retaining the convenience of an instrument that’s easy to carry. The 18-fret Concert size adds a compact dimension that is perfectly suited to moments when you want to play without being weighed down.
Then comes the desire to share a tune, to rehearse with other instruments or to let the ukulele ring out on stage: the Double B1U makes it easy to switch to amplified playing thanks to its active pickup and its volume and tone controls positioned around the edge of the soundhole.
The maple binding and soundhole ring provide a subtle finishing touch, whilst the Purpleheart fingerboard and bridge complete the instrument. The burgundy Deluxe case, padded to a depth of 15 mm, protects the Leia CE whilst on the move, and comes with a beginner’s guide and a pack of stickers included.
