Flight - DUS430 Supernatural Dao + Housse

The Flight DUS430 Dao catches the eye with the distinctive hues of its wood. This soprano ukulele from the Supernatural series is crafted from laminated dao, a wood native to South-East Asia, recognisable by its grey-brown hues with a slight greenish tinge and its dark grain ranging from brown to black.

Each instrument thus boasts a natural grain pattern that gives it its own unique character. Dao produces a lively, warm tone, with a character similar to that of mahogany.

The attention to detail is evident on the walnut fingerboard, adorned with abalone inlays that add further depth to the instrument.

The African okoumé neck completes the construction, whilst the bone nut and saddle, along with the walnut bridge, contribute to a particularly refined design. The gold-plated geared tuners make tuning easier and complement the maple inlays on the headstock.

With its arched back, side markers and Aquila Super Nylgut strings, the DUS430 retains the compact, portable spirit of the soprano guitar. A padded gig bag and a starter guide are included so you can easily take it with you on your next musical adventures.
