Presentation
The Godin A12 Black HG guitar is designed to give you a comfortable grip despite the rich sound of a 12-string guitar. Its double-chambered silver leaf maple body and American basswood sides make for a lightweight instrument that's easy to carry. The design remains slim, with a reduced thickness that makes everyday playing easier. The high-gloss black finish adds a distinctive, elegant style.
The solid cedar top provides a warm, natural sound base. The maple neck is combined with a Richlite fingerboard for smooth, full-length action. The 647.7 mm pitch ensures balanced tension on the strings. The 48.26 mm nut width helps to comfortably manage the 12-string configuration.
The guitar is equipped with 22 frets and 18:1 tuning machines for precise tuning. The Richlite bridge and Graphtech saddle add to the overall stability. The Godin Custom electronic system with under-saddle pickup and integrated preamp gives direct control over the sound. This configuration greatly reduces feedback when used amplified.
The included bag makes it easy to transport and protects the instrument in everyday use.
