Presentation
The Godin Montreal Premiere Pro Arctik Blue is a guitar that makes you want to play it the moment you pick it up. Its elegant Arctik Blue finish immediately catches the eye, whilst its Canadian craftsmanship and high-end components make it an instrument built to last.
Its body, crafted from wild Canadian cherry wood, houses a carved core of Laurentian basswood with resonance chambers. This exclusive design results in a highly responsive guitar, full of character and with beautiful resonance, whilst minimising the risk of feedback as the volume increases.
The combination of Seymour Duncan pickups offers a very wide sonic palette. At the neck, the Seymour Duncan Antiquity delivers warm, open and nuanced tones, perfect for jazz or blues. At the bridge, the famous Seymour Duncan JB provides more power and bite for rock, electric blues or more modern sounds. The 3-position selector switch, volume and tone controls, and the Godin HDR system allow you to explore even more sonic textures to suit your playing style.
The glued-in silver maple neck, combined with a 22-fret maple fingerboard and a 24.75-inch scale length, provides a smooth and comfortable feel. The Tune-o-Matic bridge with a brass Stop tailpiece ensures excellent tuning stability and promotes generous sustain, for both chords and solos.
Supplied with its gig bag, this guitar is equally suited to both live and studio musicians. If you’re looking for a guitar capable of transitioning naturally from a round, mellow tone to more powerful sounds, whilst retaining plenty of character, this is the one for you!
