Compact and powerful, the 73EQ JR equalizer is ideal for professional audio engineers and music producers looking for a versatile, high-performance equalizer for their recording and mixing projects. Equipped with a 3-band equalizer and a Line preamp, it shares the same components as the famous Heritage Audio 6673 equalizer from the 80 series. Thanks to its Line preamp and its output stage based entirely on Class A transformers, the 73EQ JR offers a rich and warm sound without the need for external preamps.

Heritage Audio's 73EQ JR 500 Series Equalizer delivers exceptional sound quality and maximum flexibility for recording studio professionals.
The equalizer features Baxandall-style high and low EQ bands, similar to those found in the high-end HA 80 series models, but with a high frequency selector offering 4 different frequencies instead of 'only one. The midband, meanwhile, uses a dual driver for rich bass boosts and smooth high-mid boosts, without becoming muddy or brittle.
The line preamp offers a gain range of +6 to -20 dB, allowing for significant EQ boosts without overloading the A/D converters. In addition, an internal +24 V slow-on regulation has been implemented to ensure stable power and protect your equipment.
With its sturdy construction and sleek design, this equalizer is a real asset to any professional recording studio.
