Discover a new way to explore the Hiwatt sound. The Pedalsmith 30 Head is for guitarists who want to rediscover the brand's legendary clarity and dynamics, in a more accessible format that's perfectly suited to modern pedalboards.
Designed as a true pedal platform, it produces a neutral, responsive and expressive sound base that adapts to your playing rather than the other way round.
Under the bonnet, we find the philosophy of the legendary DR504, revisited around 2 6V6 tubes delivering around thirty watts full of character.
This power remains sufficiently contained to take advantage of nice tube saturation at reasonable volume, without losing Hiwatt's trademark precision.
The 4 ECC83 tubes in the preamp ensure a fast response and detailed grain, ideal for modulation or delay effects. Its clean, silent post-preamplifier effects loop lets you insert your pedals without altering the original signal.
The 3-band EQ, complemented by a presence control, offers a wide range of settings for shaping the timbre to suit your playing and your guitar.
Its birch plywood construction and British-standard design guarantee remarkable sonic stability, whether in the studio, on stage or in rehearsal.
