Hughes and Kettner - TriAmp Mark 3

The Hughes & Kettner TriAmp Mark 3 is an impressively versatile amplifier. It offers tonal flexibility thanks to its six independent channels. Each of these channels offers a distinct era of acoustics. Each channel can be routed to one of three independent tube power amplifiers. This allows for creative combinations and fusion of various amp characters.

With up to 150 watts of pure tube power, this model allows for advanced sonic optimization.

It stands out for its ability to memorize up to 128 audio configurations via MIDI. It comes with two pairs of 6L6 power tubes and a pair of EL34s. But it is also compatible with other types of tubes such as the KT66, KT77, KT88, 6550, 5881, 7581, and 6CA7. This capability is enhanced by the revised TSC (TUBE SAFETY CONTROL) system. This system provides automatic and continuous tube biasing.

Designed to meet a variety of sonic needs, the TriAmp Mark 3 offers a rich palette. It offers the ability to fully customize each sound. It is equipped with three independent power amplifier sections. They can be used separately or combined, offering 42 different configurations from a single amp head. The model includes a DI output with ambience emulation, full MIDI control, MIDI footswitch, intuitive controls, a built-in noise gate, and much more.

Accessories included with the amp include the TSM 432 floor and a soft bag. The speaker outputs are configurable with 1 x 4 Ω, 1 x 8 / 2 x 16 Ω, or 1 x 16 Ω. The effects loop is series/parallel with switchability. The RED BOX DI output includes an XLR input with output/passthrough. The TSM-432 MK IV MIDI footswitch is also included for easy management of MIDI functions.
