The Mackie Thrash 215 is an active PA speaker designed to deliver powerful, energetic sound, ideal for the most intense musical performances.
Its 1300 W Class D amplifier powers a 15-inch driver and a one-inch titanium compression driver.
The Thrash 215 delivers powerful bass and crystal-clear highs, with a frequency response of 38 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) and a maximum SPL of 126 dB.
The speaker features two combo jack/XLR level/line inputs for personalised control over inputs and outputs, plus a Mix out.
It also has a 35 mm well for easy installation on a stand or support bar, and four handles for easy transport.
This speaker is built to withstand the harshest conditions, and with its unique design, it can be used on the floor as a stage monitor to give artists excellent feedback on their performances, even in the noisiest shows.
What's more, the Thrash 215 has two tilt angles for use as a stage monitor.
The power supply for the Thrash 215 is 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz, 75 W, with a switch mode for worldwide use.
It is also equipped with protections such as peak and RMS limiters, as well as protection against overheating of the power supply and amplifier.

Au déballage, enceinte de 15 pouces imposante avec un ABS qui semble de mauvaise qualité tout comme la grille. Niveau son, ça envoi du lourd, c'est assez équilibré, des basses puissantes, des aigus cependant un peu imposant, corrigé avec la console. Pour une utilisation DJ et karaoké, c'est évidemment un excellent produit. Fan de Mackie, je ne suis évidemment pas surpris de la qualité sonore de cette enceinte. Une protection contre le larsen aurait été bienvenue, comme la serie SRM. Niveau chauffe, RAS. Les potards sont fragiles, il faut en prendre soin car il y'a du jeu. La note de 4 étoiles semble justifiée.
