As a producer, Marcus Miller has worked with a number of American music legends. In particular, he has contributed to albums by Luther Vandross, an artist with whom he has enjoyed a long artistic collaboration. Marcus contributes arrangements, compositions and sometimes even complete instrumental parts to recorded tracks. His sense of melody and sophisticated rhythms brings a unique identity to the productions he takes part in. Thanks to this studio experience, he has developed a comprehensive musical vision that goes far beyond the traditional role of the bassist. This ability to produce and arrange explains in part his immense reputation in the international music industry over several decades.
