Martin Audio - IK42-Dante

Martin Audio's IK42-Dante is a professional 4-channel amplifier designed to meet the demands of modern PA systems. Its Class D design offers excellent energy efficiency, while guaranteeing high power output of up to 5000 W per channel into 2 ohms, suitable for both touring and fixed installation applications.

The integration of an advanced 96 kHz DSP allows precise control of the audio signal on each input and output. Functions include parametric equalisation, FIR filters, delay management and active filtering, ensuring complete optimisation of loudspeaker systems. The presence of up to 1000 FIR taps per channel makes it particularly easy to implement complex processing for line arrays and wideband systems.

Extensive connectivity is another key feature. The device features analogue, AES3 and Dante™ inputs, allowing seamless integration into today's digital audio infrastructures. The dual Dante network port ensures redundancy and reliability for mission-critical applications.

Control and monitoring are provided via the Ethernet network using VU-NET™ software, enabling remote control, real-time monitoring and centralised system management. A front-panel interface also provides direct access to essential settings.

Finally, the IK42-Dante incorporates a complete set of protections to secure the amplifier and connected loudspeakers. Multiband limiters, as well as thermal and electrical protection, guarantee stable operation in demanding conditions.

Compact in 2U format and relatively light, it is a versatile solution for driving Martin Audio loudspeaker ranges, particularly in live environments and professional installations.
