With the Martin Audio XE500 stage monitor, you're working with a wedge designed for demanding contexts where level and precision must remain constant. This 2-way bi-amplified model is based on a coaxial architecture that aligns the LF and HF sources, improving the coherence perceived directly at the listening point.

The bass section is based on a 15" driver with a 3.5" voice coil, capable of handling high levels while retaining definition. On the treble, the compression driver with titanium diaphragm provides a clear presence, useful for vocals and instruments that need to remain legible in a busy mix.

Differential Dispersion technology intelligently manages horizontal coverage, which is wider at close range and tighter at distance. In practical terms, this creates a well-defined listening zone at head height, with a balance that remains stable even if the artist moves. This behaviour also limits sound spillover into unwanted areas.

The multi-ply wooden body is designed for the stage, with integrated handles, a sturdy steel grille and feet that prevent accidental movement. The front vents work with the floor to reinforce the bass, and integrated risers allow the angle of diffusion to be adjusted to suit the configuration.

Combined with iKON amplifiers and control via VU-NET, this monitor forms part of a complete system with advanced DSP. The result is powerful, stable and predictable monitoring, capable of handling very high levels while maintaining a clean, usable sound throughout the performance.
