Mipro - ACT-72TC Lithium

MIPRO's ACT-72TC is a particularly discreet and robust beltpack transmitter, housed in a lightweight yet robust magnesium alloy casing. Its ultra-slim size makes it easy to wear, with an adjustable belt clip so it can be used in either the up or down position. This compact design sacrifices nothing in terms of performance, since it incorporates optimised electronics to ensure long battery life and stable transmission.

It operates in the UHF band (480 - 934 MHz depending on the region), with a bandwidth of 24 MHz. Thanks to ACT technology, synchronisation with the receiver is fast and precise. RF power can be switched between 10 mW and 50 mW, so you can adapt the range to suit your environment. On the audio side, the lockable mini-XLR input accepts tie and headset microphones as well as instrument cables, with no need to switch between high and low impedance.

The ACT-72TC has five gain settings ranging from -12dB to +12dB, allowing sensitivity to be adjusted to suit the source. Its backlit LCD screen displays all the information you need: group, channel, frequency, gain level, RF power, battery status or settings lock. It also incorporates a socket for an external mute switch (optional MJ-70), useful in situations where direct control is required.

In terms of power, the transmitter is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (ICR 18500) offering around 13 hours of autonomy after a full charge of 4 hours. A 20-minute quick charge gives an hour's use, which is handy for quick changes. Weighing just 80 g (excluding battery), the ACT-72TC combines discretion, robustness and comfort for use on stage, at conferences or on tour.
