Mipro - MT-24A

MIPRO's MT-24A is an HF transmitter designed to simplify the set-up of wireless links between different audio sources and a broadcast system. Housed in a robust half-rack chassis, it accepts both microphone and line signals, thanks to an XLR / 6.35 mm jack combo input and a level selector. This choice makes it versatile, whether you need to connect a condenser microphone, an instrument or an external device.

Operating in the free 2.4 GHz band, the MT-24A uses digital modulation to ensure clear, stable transmission. It offers 12 predefined channels and 16 ID codes, to ensure secure communication and avoid interference with other systems. Its transmission power is adjustable, with a low-power mode of less than 10 mW and a high-power mode of up to 100 mW (depending on local regulations), so that the range can be adapted to the environment in which it is being used.

For condenser microphones, the unit incorporates 48 V phantom power, making it possible to use high-end capsules without the need for an external power supply. Combined with the ACT-24R receiver, it forms a duo capable of covering long transmission distances while maintaining accurate reproduction.

In terms of power supply, the MT-24A relies on a DC 12-15 V input and a universal AC 100-240 V mains adaptor, guaranteeing reliable operation even in the event of electrical fluctuations. Its compact size and 1.1 kg weight make it easy to fit into a rack or mobile installation. The MT-24A is a practical solution for wirelessly linking different sound sources into a coherent system.
