Neewer - GL25B

The NEEWER GL25B takes the approach of lighting specially designed for desktop, streaming and videoconferencing configurations with a compact format that's easy to integrate around a screen or gaming setup. Thanks to its side-emitting technology, this panel produces a more diffused and homogeneous light than a conventional LED panel, providing lighting that is more comfortable on the face and less aggressive on the eyes during long sessions.

The GL25B uses 176 LEDs spread over a relatively thin surface to generate a soft light suitable for video calls, streaming, YouTube videos or content creation in small spaces. Its 25W output can reach up to 2300 lux at 0.5 metres, while maintaining a pleasant diffusion without visible flickering.

The adjustable colour temperature from 2900K to 7000K makes it easy to adapt the light output to suit the desired ambience or the lighting already present in the room. A warm light can create a more natural, relaxing atmosphere, while a cooler temperature is more suited to gaming set-ups or modern working environments.

The panel also boasts a high CRI index of over 98 to preserve more natural colours in the image, particularly on faces filmed during streams, videos or videoconferences.

The GL25B can be controlled directly from its rear panel or via the supplied RT100 remote control. The 2.4G system also enables more advanced wireless control from a Windows or MacOS computer using the NEEWER Live 2.4G software and the USB dongle supplied.

This solution makes it easy to control several compatible lights simultaneously without requiring an Internet connection. The GL25B can therefore be integrated into an installation comprising other compatible NEEWER models to centralise lighting settings from a single workstation.
