NUX - Voodoo Vibe Chorus NCH-3
Inspired by the magnificent sound of the Dunlop Uni-Vibe, easily associated with Hendrix's facial expressions during his concerts in the 60s, the Voodoo Vibe simulates a rotating loudspeaker producing a vibrato of sound through the Doppler effect. It has 2 distinct selectable effect modes: Vibe and Chorus. Unlike the original Uni-vibe, you can now power the Voodoo Vibe from 9V instead of the hard-to-find 18V.
Presentation
First, adjust the intensity knob:
In Chorus mode, this will change the depth of the sweep effect.
In Vibrato mode, this will change the degree of pitch modulation.
Adjust the Speed knob last:
At low settings (counter-clockwise) it will produce slow sweep effects.
At higher settings (clockwise) it will produce a fast, shimmering pulse.
