It reproduces acoustic instruments, vocals and percussion brilliantly. It is also capable of reproducing the most complex electronic music with great finesse and precision.
The MC Cadenza Red is equipped with a moving coil made of 99.9999% pure silver (6N) and gold-plated for optimum conductivity. The winding of the coils has been carefully optimised to ensure excellent channel separation.
The magnets used are made of neodymium, a material widely used in hi-fi because of its powerful magnetic field.
Micro-variations in the grooves are picked up by a finely cut tip in a piece of diamond, with a Nude Fine Line profile, fixed to a cylindrical aluminium cantilever.
The chassis is made from a robust alloy of stainless steel and aluminium to reduce resonance.
