The Paiste PST 7 20" ride is made from CuSn8 bronze, inherited from the 2002 series. Each cymbal is handcrafted in Switzerland, with precise machining for a traditional finish. The sound is bright and warm, with a slightly silvery ping that remains clear over a clean wash. Its separate bell produces a strong, distinct sound, ideal for marking accents.
The cymbal provides a wide range of frequencies with medium sustain, making it easy to control the feel. Its medium construction provides a balanced feel under the sticks. The timbre is consistent at all volumes, from studio to live.
