The Pearl HEK1465 snare drum is based on an innovative structure that combines kapur wood with an inner layer of fibreglass. The kapur provides rich bass and natural warmth, while the fibreglass enhances the attack and clarity of the sound. This combination creates a unique balance between depth and presence.
With a depth of 6.5", this snare offers an impressive reserve of power. SuperHoop II hoops allow the head to vibrate freely while maintaining excellent tuning. Spin-Tight tie rods ensure stable tension even under hard rimshots. They lock into place with the special key included.
The SR-1000 Glide-Lock release ensures precise control of the tone. The SN1420D responds quickly and consistently. The Remo Ambassador skin provides a balanced, expressive playing surface. The Ebony Lacquer finish with pearloid inlay gives this snare a refined, professional look.
