The Pearl MUS1350M-224 is a 13" x 5" snare drum designed for active drummers. Its body is made from 5.4 mm 6-ply maple, offering a balance between strength and responsiveness.
The deep-drawn 1.6 mm hoops ensure clean projection and a controlled sound. CL-55 Bridge Lugs minimise contact with the body, leaving the body free to vibrate. The SR-700 strainer allows easy, precise adjustment of body sensitivity. Each strike produces clear highs and punchy lows. The natural matt finish gives the instrument a sober, elegant appearance.
The snare drum responds quickly to accents and rolls thanks to its SST construction. It's flexible enough to adapt to different styles and configurations. The components are robust enough to withstand frequent repetition and transport. Internal reinforcements ensure extra durability and stability. The simple design makes it easy to maintain and replace parts when necessary. The combination of materials and assembly results in a precise, balanced sound.
