With the Pearl PHM1465C-204, you're getting your hands on a snare drum for large venues! Its solid maple body, carved from a single piece, produces a warm, deep and precise sound. This noble wood is renowned for its ability to balance bass, midrange and treble, without ever saturating the sound.
The ultra-quiet SR505 Triad Silent Strainer system lets you juggle different timbres without disrupting your performance. You can choose between jacketed cable, stainless steel cable, synthetic wire or thin cable, each with its own personality. For example, sheathed cable adds roundness, while stainless steel gives more attack. You can combine them all or adjust them as you wish.
The system is easy to adjust and, above all, remembers your settings when you change skins. A real plus for rehearsals and concerts alike. The single-rimmed hoops and chrome tubular tie rods add a sober, professional look. All in a superb High Gloss Walnut Bordeaux finish.
