Phonak presents the Roger BaseStation, which serves as the stationary transmission point for the Roger system. It operates on the 2.4 GHz band using adaptive frequency-hopping technology and transmits the signal to compatible Roger receivers.
Designed for fixed installation, it features a balanced audio input via XLR or a 6.3 mm jack, as well as a graphical display of the input signal. The volume level can be adjusted from -14 to +12 dB. The BaseStation is compatible with Roger Earpiece receivers and the Roger Touchscreen Mic. For optimum performance, Phonak recommends positioning the BaseStation in the centre of the area to be covered and at a height, with the antenna pointing upwards. It is also recommended that you do not rotate, unscrew or replace the antenna, in order to maintain the intended operating conditions.
