The SM 170 stands provide a simple and effective response to these everyday problems, repositioning speakers at the right height while stabilising their installation.

Designed for use in both home studios and professional environments, the SM 170 stands can be used to raise 7" or 8" monitor loudspeakers to two different heights depending on the configuration chosen. This modularity makes it easy to adapt to different workstations, whether on a narrow desk or a wider surface. The choice of 8.5 cm or 22 cm of height allows the tweeters to be aligned more precisely at ear height, an essential condition for balanced listening.

Their removable design makes them easy to transport and install. Once in place, each stand provides a stable base capable of supporting up to 13 kg, which covers the majority of compact and mid-range monitor loudspeakers. This stability limits the vibrations transmitted to the furniture, contributing to a cleaner, more legible reproduction of the lower end of the spectrum.
