Electric Guitar Effects

the VFB-1 boosts the signal by up to 20 dB after it has been converted to low impedance using the Vitalizer circuit. This is the same boost circuit as in the FBT-1, to which the VITALIZER buffer circuit has been added.

ARTICLE N° 73813
The Vitalizer is a buffer that converts the high impedance signal that is more likely to degrade sound quality by picking up noise or losing higher frequency sound while passing through cabling and electrical circuits into a low impedance signal that is less likely to be affected by these problems.

The Vitalizer circuit is ideal for use where you want to minimise signal degradation.
There are many ways to use it, such as just after the guitar, before the wah or volume pedal which are more likely to degrade the signal, or just before the amp.

As well as indicating the on/off status of the pedal, the LED provides effective visual monitoring of battery power.
When the battery voltage falls below 7 volts, the LED dims and begins to fade.
The effect will still work at this voltage, but to ensure optimum performance, the battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
