It automatically analyses your video and audio signals to generate dynamic DMX commands, synchronising the colours and brightness of your projectors with the images and musical rhythms. Connected to your HDMI or audio sources, the VC-1-DMX detects movement and colour on screen, then adjusts your projectors accordingly. For example, a video divided into several zones can control different lights in perfect alignment, creating a spectacular, coordinated effect. This real-time analysis also extends to sound: rhythm, dynamics and even specific frequencies can influence the animation speed of effects, the rotation of mirror balls or the intensity of flashes.

For those who want to go further, the VC-1-DMX supports MIDI control, from keyboards, electronic drums or other instruments, right through to hardware control surfaces. You can use MIDI notes or messages to trigger lighting effects, change scenes or adjust dimming, tilt and pan, creating a direct link between your musical performance and the lighting. The VC-1-DMX Setup Tool software lets you configure and customise your 512 DMX channels, and share your settings across multiple units for more complex set-ups.
