Chad Smith is the virtuoso and energetic drummer of the iconic rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, known for his powerful and funky style. Recognisable for his distinctive percussive playing and boundless energy on stage, he has contributed significantly to the band's unique sound since joining in 1988. Outside the Chili Peppers, Smith has also collaborated with many other artists and formed the band Chickenfoot with members of Van Halen and Joe Satriani.
