The Shure SRH-1440 headphones are high-quality hi-fi headphones with studio potential. Its open design provides an exceptionally airy listening experience that no closed-back headphones can offer. The Shure SRH-1440 has been designed for sedentary use, connected to a quality source such as a headphone amplifier, an excellent walkman or a computer equipped with a quality sound card. Its 40 mm transducers are driven by a neodymium magnet, guaranteeing lively, accurate listening. Their bandwidth extends from 15 Hz to 27 kHz, with a very homogenous, accident-free response curve. The result is a very balanced listening experience, thanks also to a very good detachable modulation cable. The Shure SRH-1440 are very comfortable headphones, ideal for listening to high-quality sources (CD / SACD) or for editing audio for long hours.

Shure's first open-air, circum-aural headphones, the SRH1440 deliver rich bass and perfectly defined highs. Its open design provides a very wide stereo image for enhanced listening pleasure. Its high sensitivity, high power handling and optimised impedance allow it to be adapted to any source, such as personal music players. Comfort also comes into its own, with a padded headband and velvet ear pads. The SRH1440 has a detachable Kevlar cable with two outlets for easy replacement and storage. It comes with a hard carrying case, 2 detachable Kevlar-reinforced cables with dual outputs and MMCX connectors (2.1 m straight), a pair of spare velvet ear pads and a gold-plated 3.5 mm / 6.35 mm jack adapter.
