Presentation
The Hermes Red SPL is a strategic tool for mastering studios wishing to make the most of their analogue processors. It allows up to eight external stereo units to be connected and freely organised in different processing chains, without ever changing the physical cabling. Configurations can be stored and recalled instantly, facilitating rapid comparisons and critical decisions in the final stages of production.
The Hermes Red architecture is based on an entirely passive audio path, switched by high-quality relays, guaranteeing absolute transparency. Two independent parallel processing busses offer great creative freedom to integrate parallel compression, saturation or alternative processing, while retaining total control of the main signal.
