This cajon is made from birch plywood for optimum sound and responsiveness. With additional bongo-style playing surfaces on the sides (treble on the left, bass on the right), it lets you enjoy two classic sounds in one versatile instrument, for tenfold sonic possibilities.
With a body made of 7 layers of birch plywood (9 mm), a back of 5 layers (7 mm) and a front of 3 layers (3 mm), this cajon offers a clear, responsive tone. This tone is supported by the powerful, dry bass and higher notes of the two bongo-style playing surfaces.
The sound of the front strike plate can be customised to your taste with two pairs of adjustable, V-shaped inner strings (adjustment key included).
