Presentation
Strictly compliant reissues for these Naturelles, nothing has been left to chance: solid red cedar or Sitka spruce top for the top of the range, mahogany or rosewood body, silver/nickel alloy bars, oil bath tuners gilded with fine gold... And of course a manufacturing process that respects the know-how of the luthiers of the Takamine Valley. Today, it is strictly the same components, and the same spirit, that have presided over this reissue of the Naturelles series, guitars still hand-made on the brand's original site, in Sakashita, and offered exclusively to French dealers.

In Japan, in the foothills of the eponymous mountains, Takamine was born in a region where woodworking was a centuries-old tradition. In 1959, Mass Hirade, master luthier and founder of the Japanese brand, set up his workshops there to design classical guitars and mandolins. Then, over the decades, the range of instruments expanded to include electroacoustic guitars that quickly conquered the world. In the 1980s, under the impetus of the brand's French distributor, the Natural models were born with the aim of combining artisanal lutherie with the latest innovations in terms of integrated preamps. These prestigious guitars immediately enjoyed huge international success, becoming a benchmark that has never been equaled by the competition.
