Presentation
The SansAmp Acoustic Fly Rig is a fully analog preamp that stands out for its active semi-parametric EQ controls. They offer professional flexibility for any situation.
It is equipped with a Notch filter that is adjustable from 70 Hz to 350 Hz. This filter is designed to reduce the sensitivity to feedback caused by the low frequencies of acoustic guitars. The low-pass filter, adjustable from 16 kHz to 1.5 kHz, eliminates unwanted frequencies and artifacts.
The cabinet simulation, which is 100% analog, covers the entire signal chain, from the amp to the cabinet simulation. It is designed for a homogeneous response. This response is comparable to that of a multiple microphone booth. An independent Boost, up to 12 dB, allows you to enhance solos with an increase in the mids.
The Comp uses analog FET technology that offers warm and transparent compression. The Reverb function emulates the rich ambience of open spaces, from the room to the hall. The DLA provides an analog delay with Time and Repeats controls. The CHR is a preset chorus based on pitch-shifting technology for a 12-string style sound.
The chromatic tuner is integrated into the EFX section and is triggered by holding the TAP/TUNER footswitch while muting the signal. Other features include a Phase Flip switch to combat feedback, XLR and 1/4" outputs, and rugged metal construction.
