Thermionic Culture - Pullet

The Thermionic Culture Pullet is a passive stereo equalizer, which focuses the medium frequencies. The Pullet is a two-channel passive equalizer that has no active electronic components. This means that when using the Pullet, Sonovente advised to use a preamplifier to provide the necessary compensation gain. Be aware that passive EQs are much more effective than active EQs in emphasizing or attenuating narrow midrange frequencies significantly. On the other hand, it comes in perfect complement with the Earlybird preamplifier whose active equalizer assures the homogeneity of the low and high frequencies, for a perfect control of the signal. The Pullet was designed with the Earlybird preamplifier in mind, but although it is optimized for use with the Earlybird, Thermionic Culture has been careful to ensure that the Pullet delivers excellent results when it is used with any suitable preamp.
