Union Audio - LE fx

Union Audio's LE fx is an effects processor designed for DJs who want to enrich their mixes with creative sound textures. Compact and easy to integrate, this DSP offers eight effects selected for their relevance in an electronic environment, from subtle additions to spectacular manipulations. The robust construction and meticulous electronics ensure consistent audio quality, even with heavy processing.

The front interface includes the essential controls: an effects selector, an On/Off button that can be used in latching or momentary mode, a Wet/Dry mix, a tap tempo, and two variable parameters depending on the effect chosen. This straightforward ergonomics makes the tool immediately usable, whether in a club or in a DJing-oriented studio. The two built-in delays, including a BPM delay with automatic tempo detection, enable precise rhythmic transitions. The reverb, phaser, flanger and bit-crusher effects add a variety of sonic colours, while the HPF reverse and stutter filters open the door to highly expressive cuts.

The LE fx has been designed to adapt easily to any type of configuration, thanks to its extensive connectivity. It offers RCA inputs and outputs, two 6.35 mm TRS jack inserts for working directly in a mixer's effects loop, and balanced XLR inputs and outputs for clean integration into a professional system. This level of flexibility makes it compatible with both compact set-ups and advanced installations.

The external power supply provided ensures international compatibility, and the internal circuitry raises the analogue rails up to ±15 V, guaranteeing a truly professional dynamic range. This technical choice enables the LE fx to exceed the limits encountered on many effects derived from the instrumental world and to maintain a comfortable headroom even at high levels. The whole unit is housed in a compact, easy-to-transport case that's robust enough for regular use.
