The 710 Twin-Finity Universal Audio is a mic preamp / headbox that subtly combines the heat of lamps, and biting transistors. The 710 has a dual gain / gain stage control that can vary the amount of coloring and distortion dramatically, allowing you to push the input gain as you a guitar amp. The VU meter has a unique "Drive" mode to see how much you saturate the input stage.
