UVI - Vintage Vault 5

UVI Vintage Vault 5 is a major collection dedicated to the history of electronic synthesis, designed for both vintage hardware enthusiasts and producers looking for a vast range of sounds without having to accumulate numerous software instruments.

The collection spans five decades of synthesisers and drum machines, from analogue to digital technologies, including samplers, string machines, FM synthesis, vector synthesis and even some lesser-known machines. UVI has compiled this library from 271 real hardware instruments, some of which are now particularly hard to come by.

The 43 products included comprise 18,877 presets and 1,113,019 samples, allowing you to switch quickly from a massive analogue bass sound to a vintage pad, a distinctive 1980s-style digital sequence, an experimental texture or a characteristic electronic drum kit.

However, the appeal of Vintage Vault 5 is not limited to the reproduction of vintage machines. Once integrated into the UVI environment, these instruments are perfectly suited to modern production: sounds can be recalled identically, parameters can be edited, and the various sounds can be sculpted, layered and enriched using modern processing techniques.

The new additions to this fifth generation further expand the range, notably with Vintage CASIO Legacy, KAWAI Vintage Legacy, HX-20, HX-Oddy, Mission 6, PX Guitar Syn and PX WaveFrame. This development brings, in particular, new approaches to Japanese synthesisers, hybrid synthesis, rare instruments and guitar-driven synthesis.
