UVI - Drum Designer (licence)

Designed for discerning producers, UVI Drum Designer revolutionises drum sound design by offering a hybrid approach that combines synthesis and samples. Rather than simply triggering static samples, each sound is broken down into several independent components that can be modified individually. This architecture allows you to precisely adjust the attack, pitch, duration, phase, envelopes and even noise layers to create fully customised drum kits.

The software is built around four specialised engines — bass drum, snare drum, clap and cymbals — each offering parameters tailored to its specific instrument type. This specialisation significantly speeds up the creative process whilst offering a depth of detail rarely found in this type of tool.

To save even more time, Drum Designer includes a vast library comprising over 5,700 samples, more than 2,650 presets and nearly 400 ready-to-use kits. The built-in eight-track sequencer allows you to quickly build complete grooves with automation of volume, pan and pitch, as well as bus effects including compressor, equaliser, delay and reverb. Sequences can then be exported directly in MIDI format to the sequencer of your choice.
