The VOX APC-1 Orange is much more than an electric guitar: it's an all-in-one solution, ready to play anywhere. Two humbuckers, built-in effects (chorus, tremolo, echo, reverb), active boost, 33 rhythms with tap tempo. The Tectonic loudspeaker and passive radiators keep the sound wide. Its maple neck, amaranth fingerboard, 23 frets and 610 mm tuning fork will boost your acoustics. Cable-free, battery-powered. Supplied with bag, strap and key. With the VOX APC-1 Orange, VOX redefines the modern guitar. Built-in amp, on-board effects, drum machine: it's all there! No need for pedals, no need for an external amp. It stands on its own.
The secret? An analogue circuit inspired by the Mini Go models, coupled with a Tectonic Audio 180° diffusion loudspeaker. This driver is backed up by passive radiators. The result: wide, clear, powerful audio with minimal feedback.
When it comes to effects, the choice is yours: chorus, tremolo, delay, reverb. Each effect is adjusted via a direct interface. No menus. Just knobs. Simple and effective!
The rhythm box? 33 patterns, 11 styles, 3 variations per genre. It's great for working, improvising or performing without a drummer. And with the built-in tap tempo, you'll always stay on the beat.
The boost gives clean tones plenty of bite, right up to saturation. This model is great for navigating between funk, blues and rock without changing gear.
