The VS Audio BlackBird is an overdrive designed to reproduce the legendary vintage sound of Fender amps. It is equipped with two modes, Blackface '65 and Brownface '63, which allow our nostalgic guitarists to obtain sought-after sounds ranging from light crunch to high gain.
Blackface '65 mode is ideal for rock and blues sounds. It offers a clear and precise sound, with a good dose of sustain. The Brownface '63 mode is warmer and more compressed, giving it that more vintage feel.
A simple activation of the additional gain stage will allow you to obtain more advanced sounds, for your solos and intense passages.
Compatible with all types of guitars and amps, this high-quality overdrive pedal offers its user a wide range of tones.
